Make up/Costume for bird

For our bird we were thinking of a black swan theme make up, make the bird look evil but interesting, however we wont do it as well as we have a bird mask for her face which is on a test shot sheet.

For the costume we were thinking about using something like this but adding some black tights as well and make as much of her black by adding long silk to the elbow gloves.
